MASALA CHAAS RECIPE/FLAVOURED BUTTER MILK RECIPE/
SPICED BUTTER MILK RECIPE/मसाला चास रेसिपी


     Masala Chaas is otherwise called as Butter milk or Neer mor in tamil.  During summer season this is one of the most refreshing and healthy drink.  This is a very easy recipe and can be made within no time.  So try this and I am sure you would love it. 



 

 INGREDIENTS:


5 sprigs Mint/Pudina

2 tbsps chopped Coriander

1 Green Chillie

1 Inch Ginger

1 tsp Cumin, roasted & powdered

1/2 tsp Asafoetida

Salt to taste

1 cup Curd


PREPARATION METHOD:


1. Blend all the above ingredients together

2. Add required water and blend again in whipper

3. Transfer to serving glass

4. Serve chilled with ice cubes

5. Enjoy you summer with refreshing Masala Chaas or Spiced butter milk
